I love checking out new treasuries on etsy and am thrilled to have been included in some lovely ones.
This one featuring all repurposed, recycled goodness is simply fabulous.
I found some new shops to follow that have thinking 'outside the box' all wrapped up!
Love the guitar straps from seat belts, and they also make fabulous camera straps too...
the recycled light bulb vase if very industrial chic...
the burlap shopping bags...
the hummingbird feeder made from a discarded wine bottle...
and don't even get me started on how well those dryer sachets work ;)
Thank you Shari and Lois!

I'm linking some etsy treasures of my own over at Debra's The Marketplace
If you have some shopping to do for yourself or a special gift for someone,
I hope you will stop over and see all of the wonderful items that the small business owners link up.

add to that the many of us that use recycled, repurposed materials and
you not only support the artist and their family,
but you are saving the planet as well.
kinda double dipping,  if you will :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  3. Hello Theresa,
I was just stopping in to see what my fabulous friend has been up to lately. I can see you are a recycling junkine too. Actually, I already knew that. This morning I went up to a guy I didn't even know and asked him if he was throwing his Starbuck's frappe bottle away, and if I could have it. Oh my, it's a sickness...

Hope spring is coming your way. I think in about another month spring will finally decide she is welcomed in Minnesota once again. Ugh! It's supposed to snow again tomorrow. It's not like we are getting three feet of snow lately, but come on, I need some sun and some green grass!

Hope your kiddos are all doing wonderfully and that Duane has settled into his new job. And I am sure you are stuffing and cutting and sewing and soldering and everything else you do. I made a beeswax collage last weekend. Kind of fun, I am going to have to play around with them a bit more.

Have a great week, and thinking of you!
    Kate
