,
Once the weather takes a little dip like it has the last few days,
all I can think about is FALL!
I love it,
everything about it...
o.k. raking is not my favorite thing, but the rest of it?
love.
Sweaters, and boots, and apple orchards, and cider,
and pumpkins and fresh donuts from the mill, and the colors,
and the crisp air, and the Halloween costumes, and the candy ;-)
you get the picture.
I love fall.
There I said it!
No season needs to feel slighted though,
because every time the seasons change,
I am ready, and I love the next one making it's appearance!
love,
Theresa xoxo
I say again from out here in lala land. Hurry FALL..pleeeeease hurry :D

What a gorgeous image. I can't even imagine Fall since today it was 115 degrees and is still around 90 at nite. Was so nice to see the leaves changing while we were in Paris though. :) Have a great rest of the week. Tammy
ReplyDeleteOh Theresa I am so with you on Fall!! We are so blessed to live in Michigan it is such a beautiful state and I think it's best beauty is in the Fall. But like you I am always ready for the other seasons but nothing like Fall!! I am burning a pumpkin hollow soy tart right now and it smells so good. And I actually feel like baking bread too!!! Take care. XO Fran.
ReplyDeleteI love all things about fall as well! It's the season that pleases all of my senses, so to speak. Does that make any sense at all?
ReplyDeleteOur summers are so, so, short here (and this one shorter than usual even), and the winters so, so, long, that I cling to summer like a needy child....But when fall shows her glorious face, I welcome her as a favored child....because she is to me. Yup, I play favorites..... The weather here is deliciously cusp-like - sunny like summer, but with a definite bite in the air....I know I'll be in heaven soon!! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
ReplyDeleteThere is something special about fall. It has always been our favorite time of year too. These cooler days (and evenings...I'm sitting outside tonight catching up on blogs) are getting me ready for the season.
